I recently embarked on an unforgettable African safari in Kenya with Kensington Tours, and it truly was a trip of a lifetime. From the moment we landed, the beauty and wonder of the country took my breath away.One of the most thrilling aspects of the journey was the game drives, where I had the privilege of seeing the Big 5—lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos—up close in their natural habitat. Each drive was filled with excitement and awe, offering unparalleled views of Kenya’s vibrant wildlife.The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in luxury hotels that provided both comfort and incredible views of the surrounding landscapes, making for a perfect retreat after a day of adventure.A highlight of the trip was the hot air balloon ride over the vast savannah at sunrise. The experience of floating over the plains, watching wildlife from above, was absolutely magical and a unique way to take in the beauty of Kenya.The visit to the Sheldrick Elephant Sanctuary was a moving experience, where I learned about the vital conservation work being done to rescue and rehabilitate orphaned elephants. It was heartwarming to witness the care and dedication to these majestic animals.And of course, a visit to the iconic Giraffe Manor was a must. Spending time with the gentle giraffes while enjoying a delicious breakfast was a delightful and memorable experience.This safari was a perfect combination of adventure, relaxation, and heartwarming wildlife encounters. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity and would highly recommend Kensington Tours for anyone looking for a seamless, luxurious African adventure.
