Service Fees

The fees for booking and servicing the requested trip are as follows:

BOOKING FEE: Once the booking process is approved by the traveler, the booking fee is due in order to begin the reservation process. Travel Leaders will secure and confirm quoted accommodations and travel arrangements for travelers approval. If quoted services are no longer available, alternatives will be offered.
$100.00 pp (Refunded to final payment) AIRFARE ONLY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

REVISION FEE: Once the trip is booked, any changes (additions, adjustments, omissions, etc.) to the services outlined in the approved trip itinerary may result in additional service fees. These fees are not included in the trip cost above and will be determined based on the desired revision and will increase within 45 days of travel. This revision fee is in addition to any change fees and/or penalties assessed by vendors or suppliers.

CANCELLATION FEE: Once payment has been made towards a trip, a penalty will be accessed for trip cancellation. This fee is in not included in the estimated trip cost and is in addition to any nonrefundable payments retained by or cancellation penalties accessed by vendors or suppliers.
$250.00 (Will be waived with Travel Insurance purchase)

LAST MINUTE TRAVEL FEE: Due to the immediate need to assist a client with last minute travel plans, this fee is due in order to begin the reservation process. Last minute is considered any travel departing within 45 days of request.
$250 (Non refundable)

TRANSACTION FEE: Additional fees, not included in the estimated trip cost, may be assessed as needed for services such as merchant fees, wire transfer, printing or mailing documents, etc.
$75 or less (To be determined as needed)

All Travel Leaders fees are nonrefundable and in addition to any government, vendor or supplier fees.

Service Agreement

I acknowledge and agree with this agreement with the following terms and conditions, on behalf of myself and those in my party:
• QTIN, Inc., doing business as Travel Leaders (“Travel Leaders”) acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in my itinerary or confirmation (“Suppliers”). Travel Leaders is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits. Travel Leaders has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers and no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.
• Travel Leaders assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for events not under its control, or any acts of God, unsafe conditions, terrorism, health hazards including pandemics, illnesses, weather hazards, or the suitability for a disabled person of any portion of any trip. Travel Leaders have no special knowledge of dangers during travel or at destinations. For information related to such dangers, Travel Leaders recommends going to the State Department travel website at www.travel.state.gov, click on "Find International travel Information” then click on "Country Information", and fill in the name of the destination country. For medical and health information, Travel Leaders recommends going to the Centers for Disease Control website at www.cdc.gov/travel, then click on “Destinations” and scroll to the name of the destination country. It is my personal decision to travel, and I am doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regards to the risks of COVID-19. I HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL OF THESE RISKS AND DANGERS, AND I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD TRAVEL LEADERS AND ITS AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTIONS, SUITS, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF ANY AND EVERY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH I NOW HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREAFTER ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE RISKS AND DANGERS, EXCEPT FOR PERSONAL INJURIES CAUSED BY TRAVEL LEADERS.
• I agree to review my itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy and to inform Travel Leaders promptly of any issues.
• Fares and availability are subject to change without notice and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made.
• Products and services I am purchasing are subject to supplemental fees or price increases after the date of purchase. These additional or increased fees may include, but are not limited to, the following: taxes, surcharges, Supplier- or government imposed taxes or fees, increased fuel or port charges, transaction fees, and fluctuation in currency exchange rates. Additional taxes and fees, such as a local hotel tax, may be assessed that may only be paid locally at the point of service. Airlines may charge additional seat or bag fees not included in the original fare. Travel services may involve restrictions and are often nonrefundable. Any revisions to my travel arrangements to include, but not limited to, additions, adjustments or omissions to passengers, destination, dates or reservations, may result in revision fees, additional fares, penalties or forfeiture of previous payments. Further, cancelling my trip will result in Travel Leaders fees and possible Supplier or vendor penalties. If a refund or partial refund is granted, I understand that it may be in the form of credit for future travel rather than a monetary refund. I understand that name changes are not permitted on airline tickets and may result in cancellation. If a Supplier drops the price of a trip after booking, Travel Leaders will try to assist me with rebooking if the Supplier allows it, and a fee may apply, but Travel Leaders does not guarantee any refunds or successful rebooking
• I agree not to purchase a ticket or tickets containing flight segments that I will not be using, such as a "point-beyond", "hidden-city", or "back-to-back tickets" or to purchase a round-trip ticket that I plan to use only for one-way travel. The airlines generally prohibit all such tickets, and therefore Travel Leaders does not guarantee that the airline will honor my ticket or tickets. If I do not use one of the flights in my reservation, the airline will cancel my remaining itinerary, and it may confiscate my frequent flyer points. I agree to indemnify Travel Leaders against airline claims for the difference between the full fare of my actual itinerary and the value of the ticket or tickets that I purchased.
• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to obtain all required identification and entry documents for travel and for my destination.
• The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight and that it is my responsibility to ensure the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card exactly match as it is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records and that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in delay or denied boarding causing me to miss my flight or other reservations (www.tsa.gov).
• Beginning on October 1, 2021, I must present identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (www.dhs.gov; www.tsa.gov).
• If traveling internationally, I must have a passport valid at least six months beyond completion of travel (www.travel.state.gov).
• Depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas (www.travel.state.gov). I understand this is my responsibility and that an issued/approved visa does not guarantee entry as the country’s local immigration officials make the final entry decision.
• If I am traveling to or through Canada, I may be denied entry if I have any past felony conviction, including DWI (www.canada.ca). Further, European countries will be implementing a visa waiver in 2022 that must be obtained prior to arrival (www.etias.info).
• Travel Leaders strongly recommend that I use a credit card for my purchase, so that I can exercise my rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if I do not receive the services I purchased. However, if Travel Leaders is the credit card merchant, its role is to facilitate the sale, collect funds on my behalf, and remit those funds to the Suppliers. If the Suppliers do not provide the services, my only recourse would be against the Suppliers, and I agree not to initiate a chargeback against Travel Leaders.
• I agree to present any claims against Travel Leaders within 30 days after my trip ends and to file suit within one year of the incident, and I acknowledge that this expressly limits the applicable statute of limitations to one year. I agree that the courts in Indianapolis, Indiana will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by me or Travel Leaders, and I hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
